Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnership

The studies are directed to people:

  • with higher education;
  • employed in local government units and those responsible for public investment;
  • working with the broadly understood public finance sector, including local government units (e.g. employed by budgetary institutions, schools, hospitals);
  • managers of businesses cooperating with the aforementioned entities in the field of PPP and Public Procurement;
The studies are also directed to entities operating in sector procurement and entities applying for funds from the European Union.

Framework graduate program includes the following topics:

  • regional competitiveness;
  • modern management concepts;
  • negotiation techniques;
  • EU regional policy;
  • PPPs as a method of funding public sector tasks;
  • public procurement system in Poland;
  • graduate seminar;
The curriculum combines the issues of public-private partnerships and public procurement in the strict sense of the knowledge of other areas of law and issues of EU funding.

Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion of Postgraduate Studies.

Organization of studies

Studies are extramural (Saturday-Sunday runs once or twice a month), and cover 200 hours of teaching.

Admission.

The admission may apply to persons who have obtained a university degree: BA, BSc Eng, MA, MSc degrees.

Applications will be accepted until 30 September 2012.

Recruitment for the studies is carried out without entrance exams. Admission is based on the first come first served basis. If you are accepted on the basis of the documents submitted, you will be informed by letter of the date of commencement of classes.
